Lisa decided to come to Spokane with me today. I had to report on a state quarterfinal high school boys soccer game. And indeed, it was the first 90-plus day of the year. And sunny.

So, we roasted. We sat in the sun for only two hours, but we look like we lounged around all day. Now we’re back in my air-conditioned Pullman apartment, putting on aloe vera.
